As co-founder and Director, Colin has 14 years’ experience in project development, design and construction, for commercial, residential, education and hospitality projects worth up to $25m. Colin’s previous experience at Group One, in roles ranging from Contracts Administrator to Project Manager, saw him delivering high-profile projects such as the Sydney Customs House Major Refurbishment ($10m), The Great Southern Hotel Refurbishment ($20m), Smith St Parramatta Commercial Building ($25m), and others.
Colin works closely with project designers, clients and end users, ensuring that all parties’ expectations are exceeded. This has resulted in repeat business and higher-value projects, fuelling the ongoing growth and development of the company.
Colin has the experience, expertise, vision and commitment to drive and nurture projects through to a successful handover.
