Growthbuilt is a commercial construction company servicing the government and commercial sectors. It is the company’s operating philosophy to ensure a consistent delivery of quality products and services to the client, resulting in achieving or surpassing customer expectations. 

The company’s management is committed to sustainable environmental practices, occupational health, safety and rehabilitation of all its employees as well as to safe work practices, safe work places and to the safety of all who enter its sites and offices, including subcontractors, suppliers, customers and visitors, and requires all staff members and stakeholders working under the company’s system to actively support this policy.

The organisation is committed to regularly updating the work practices and procedures in order to comply with the relevant legislation, codes and standards in each area of operation.  Both the management team and staff members have an input into the development of the company’s Corporate Integrated Management System, objectives, targets and plans, thereby engendering thorough understanding and ownership of the system and attainment of the desired goals through its implementation and practise in the work environment.

The company’s personnel are encouraged to identify and report any OHS and environmental issues, risks and/or hazards and to participate in environment, OHS and quality improvement processes. 

Management is committed towards safer and sustainable work practices by:

  • Promoting the efficient use of energy, reduction of waste and recycling of materials in all of our activities.
  • Addressing quality, safety and environmental issues in all planning and work activities.
  • Identifying and eliminating risks by implementing suitable controls and developing management programs.
  • Instigating design initiatives to provide optimum environmental outcomes and safer work places.
  • Ensuring all incidents and near misses are fully investigated and action taken to prevent recurrence.
  • Providing regular consultation with employees, sub-contractors and clients.
  • Developing framework for setting measurable objectives and targets to ensure continued improvement aimed at elimination of work-related injury and illness.
  • Growthbuilt Pty Limited shall provide resources, invest in technology and develop the necessary competence and awareness amongst our employees to contribute towards quality of workmanship, employee safety and preserving the environment.

    The company’s policy and program are continually improved through periodic review of our Integrated Management System and taking appropriate actions in case of deviation from the established policies’ and & programs to maintain a high standard of quality workmanship, safe work practices and sustainable environment culture.
