Growthbuilt designed and built 32 affordable accommodation apartments on a challenging site in the high traffic Central Station precinct. A total of 27 1-bed and five 2-bed apartments were built using scaffolding on three sides of this boundary-to-boundary project. A basement level car park is served by a car lift with retail space on the ground floor.
