Colin is Co-founder and Director of Growthbuilt with over 20 years’ experience in project development and design and construction. His project experience across industrial, commercial, community and residential projects combined with strong commercial acumen allows him to drive overall strategic management of the business, business growth and development, client relationships and project delivery within regulatory frameworks for Growthbuilt.
For each project commissioned, Colin ensures optimum project team fit, and works closely with the client, consultants and end users to ensure that all parties’ expectations are exceeded. In addition to his experience in strategy and business development, Colin also has sound knowledge and understanding of construction site operations, starting his career as a CA and moving into Project Management roles.
Colin’s client and result driven focus has resulted in not only in repeat business over the years for Growthbuilt, but in expanding the company’s project portfolio and experience with larger and more complex projects for both public and private sector clients.
Colin has the experience, expertise, vision and commitment to drive and nurture every Growthbuilt project through to a successful handover.
