Construction commenced last week on The Waterfront at Anglicare’s Woolooware Shores Retirement Village in Taren Point.

The Waterfront sets a new precedent in retirement living, with a collection of 63 premium waterfront apartments across two buildings with open plan layouts, space for entertaining and sweeping water views.

“The Waterfront has been designed to encapsulate the incredible water views, with the orientation of each apartment carefully placed to capture sweeping coastal views through to the city skyline” said Dean Cotter, Anglicare Development Manager.

Built in partnership with Growthbuilt, the development is set to be completed in 2023, and has already received a high level of consumer interest.

“Growthbuilt are proud to have successfully delivered Stage 6 of this masterplan in partnership with Anglicare, one of Australia’s premier aged care, seniors living and community providers,” said Colin Rahim, Growthbuilt Joint CEO & Director.

“Growthbuilt are focused on continuing this momentum into Stage 7 and committed to growing our 5-year-strong partnership.”
