Wool store re-imagined

Growthbuilt’s Harris Street team completed the six level car park earlier this year for our repeat client Dexus.

The original wool store building represents Sydney’s pastoral history. Growthbuilt worked alongside partners Team2 Architects and concept architect SJB for the 142 space car park and additional 2,447 square metres of commercial floor space adjacent to the original heritage wool store building in the vibrant commercial district of Pyrmont.
