With 51 luxury residential units and Street level commercial spaces, Sommar is the largest development of its type in Mosman over the last decade. This contemporary building celebrates the neighbourhood’s heritage setting, including landscaped gardens. Face brick and timber detailing blend with frame-less glass balustrade and state-of-the-art zinc cladding, while bespoke interiors feature marble bench tops and European oak finishes. Two independent lift cores were installed to offer residents secure, discrete access.
