Aire – Topped Out
Growthbuilt were thrilled to have celebrated an incredible milestone with Sekisui House Australia, as we ‘Topped Out’ the luxury development Aire, Stage 2 of The Orchards Masterplan in Norwest on Friday 11th June 2021.
Our team held an intimate ceremony on-site, as we celebrated with our valued clients Sekisui House Australia, Rothelowman and key delivery partners Site Image Landscape Architects and BG&E. We were delighted to have Graham Davis King, Wiradjuri and Ngiyampaa artist, and Deerubbin Local Aboriginal Land Council Board member, join us as he performed a very touching Acknowledgement of Country song, reflecting growth & abundance for where The Orchards resides and for its future residents.
The strong collaboration, focus and commitment towards delivering this residential masterpiece is testament to this, and we are grateful for the relationships formed with Sekisui House Australia and our key delivery partners to bring this incredible vision to reality.
Growthbuilt’s expert delivery team will continue to work collaboratively, safely, efficiently, and effectively to ensure a successful project outcome as we steer towards a strong completion and a successful handover in early 2022.

“We create new homes and communities that improve with time and last for generations. That’s a big statement and we can’t do that on our own. We need partners, builders and people that embrace that vision, that philosophy, and care as much as we do to deliver this vision.”
– George Gesouras, Project Director of Sekisui House Australia
