Growthbuilt are underway with our latest aged care project – Estia Health’s “Estia Blakehurst“. Working alongside Plus Architecture Pty Ltd on this design and construct Residential Aged Care Facility, this 105 Bed / 99 Bedroom facility over five storeys will be a new landmark for the area. The development will house a hairdresser, physiotherapy rooms, multipurpose spaces, a wellness centre and outdoor space including rooftop terrace for all the residents and their visitors to enjoy. Due for completion mid next year we look forward to delivering the latest aged care venture in the St George region.
