Growthbuilt ensured Echelon’s luxury seniors living apartments reached their potential after taking over the project from another builder. The 40-room, two-structure project was under threat from an array of defects – one building was just a shell. Despite these defects and associated logistical issues, we finished the Echelon project both on time and on budget.
