Growthbuilt’s dedicated new-build, fitout and refurbishment teams are focused on the delivery of client projects. Our Directors take an active role in all projects that our company undertakes.
Our teams have the expertise and significant experience required in delivering high end multi-storey new build residential projects. We deliver our developments on time, on budget and with value engineered alternatives that provide our clients with quality amenity improvements and cost savings.
Growthbuilt has vast design and construct experience with over 85% of our projects delivered via this procurement method. Growthbuilt’s in-house design and construct teams to ensure we can deliver value added solutions, particularly through the design phase of each project.
Many of Growthbuilt’s construction and fitout projects have been delivered within operational environments. Our dedicated fitout and design teams understand the unique requirements associated with projects of this scale and our management systems and processes have been developed to ensure that construction works are delivered not only to the highest standard of quality possible, but also in the safest possible manner and with minimal disruption to building operation.
