New Project Acquisition: 44 Market
Growthbuilt are thrilled to announce another exciting project acquisition for 2018: 44 Market Street.
Growthbuilt were recently awarded the Design & Construction of the iconic commercial upgrade at 44 Market Street, Sydney for our repeat client, Dexus.
This prestigious project is located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and reinforces our commitment to high quality commercial construction. Growthbuilt will work alongside renowned architects Woods Bagot and client Project Manager, Aver, to deliver the 44 Market Street project; with works including the re-invigoration of the ground floor and mezzanine of the existing building; providing an attractive and prominent frontage for tenants and visitors to the bustling CBD site.
This iconic project builds on the strong relationship Growthbuilt have developed with Dexus, having successfully delivered two commercial projects for the A-REIT client at 130 Harris Street, Ultimo. The first being the three storey commercial integrated fitout in collaboration with Siren Design Group and delivered via the ECI method of procurement; and the second delivered in collaboration with SJB Architects and Team 2 Architects, the adaptive reuse of the existing wool store, including the conversion of the building into a 142 space car park across 6 levels.
We look forward to further developing our relationship with Dexus in the successful delivery of Sydney’s CBD’s 44 Market Street project.
Congratulations to the Growthbuilt 44 Market Street Tender and Project team on securing this landmark project – Nick Blom, Dominic Slavin, Peter Gargoulakis, Marcus Blanco, Donal Furlong, Colin Rahim, Melanie Kurzydlo, Jeremy Pidcock, Ewan Van Zyl, and Ben Bray.
Growthbuilt look forward to bringing you regular project updates as this renowned commercial site comes to life.
