Growthbuilt welcomes industry expert John Carfi to Advisory Board.
Having held positions as Australian Chairman of the global property association Urban Land Institute (ULI), Director of Urban Taskforce Australia, Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Director of the Australian Residential Development Council and Director of over 100 Mirvac Subsidiary Companies and Joint Ventures, John brings over 30 years of experience at the very apex of the Real Estate and Development industries.
John has a profound appreciation and understanding of all tiers of the construction and property industries having developed from a site engineer through to CEO of listed Real Estate Development entities. Having managed over 900 staff nationally and internationally with full P&L responsibility for various business units under one umbrella, John knows what is required to maintain complete accountability across all disciplines and asset classes.
John Carfi joins Growthbuilt Directors Colin Rahim and Peter Sukkar, and CFO Ewan Van Zyl on Growthbuilt’s advisory board which aims to build and navigate business strategy to ensure the direction and stable growth of the company for many years to come.
The Growthbuilt Advisory Board provides strategic advice and direction to the senior management and executive team, helping gain insight and advice to create business solutions and explore new opportunities by stimulating robust, high quality conversations. The board will assist Growthbuilt to execute on their 2025 scale targets while keeping pace with market and economic conditions, as well as those of our blue chip repeat clients.
