Broken Ground at Ethos
We are thrilled to have broken ground at Ethos Chatswood! 🔨
Our third collaboration with leading property developer Central Element, the highly anticipated Ethos Chatswood project marked its official commencement last week with the traditional golden shovels and a gathering of esteemed project leaders and stakeholders.
Chatswood’s first luxury residential offering to be released in several years, the SJB-designed 17-level mixed-use development is set to feature a rare collection of ultra-luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences and penthouses complimented by boutique retail, resident-only sky lounge and wellness studio.
The cutting-edge display suite at 3 Spring Street, Chatswood is also now open daily.
