Cadet Cohort 2023

We are thrilled to welcome our newest cohort of cadets to the team! Our cohort of 12 has diverse backgrounds and brings a fresh perspective and passion for the industry.

The cadets have been put through their paces with a grueling three-step recruitment process that ensured Growthbuilt have the best cadets in the industry. Their first week has been action-packed, enjoying lots of team building, visiting our construction sites, meeting our people across the business and getting plenty of life advice!

Growthbuilt has had a clear strategy over the last few years, having identified a shortage of resources in the industry. Investing in a structured program, and training these Cadets across different disciplines to close the gaps that we are currently experiencing.
