MBA Win: Estia Health Blakehurst

We are overjoyed that Growthbuilt and Estia Health have won the Master Builders Association of New South Wales 2021 Excellence in Construction Award in the ‘Aged Care Buildings ($35,000,001 & Over)’ category for Estia Health Blakehurst!

On behalf of the Growthbuilt family, we are beyond proud to stand alongside our key delivery partners TSA Management, Building Services Engineers, Blackett Maguire + Goldsmith, Meli Studio Australia and everyone involved who has been instrumental in the successful delivery of this design and construct masterpiece development.

This stunning aged care facility, based in the heart of Sydney’s South, features five stories of beautifully curated living and communal spaces. With four upper floors comprising of accommodation (99 bedrooms with adjoining ensuites), private salon, physiotherapy, multipurpose rooms, wellness centre, kitchen, dining halls, basement parking, staff amenities and shared outdoor space, including a beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace.

It was absolutely sensational to attend the Gala Dinner in-person and celebrate all the amazing achievements with our industry leading peers.
