Mosman renewed


This five storey mixed-use development re-invents a prominent Mosman site. Its location on the corner of high-traffic Military and Belmont Roads created access and deliveries challenges. These were solved by in-time delivery programming and detailed traffic management planning. Care was also taken to secure pedestrian safety and amenity. The result is a fusion of 64 units, four townhouses and two ‘Soho’ unit shops with attached residences.
