Engaged on a design and construct basis to deliver the twin structures, the project included demolition of existing buildings, erection of a 2 Level basement carpark, two 4 storey residential buildings containing 13 apartments for Paramount & 20 apartments for Verona and retail area on Ground floor. Apartments are mixture of studio, 1 bed, 2 beds & 3 beds including study area.
