Growthbuilt to deliver critical affordable homes at Waterloo

We are thrilled to be partnering with the brilliant teams at City West Housing Pty Ltd and Turner Studio to bring Boronia Apartments, Waterloo to life.

Boronia is being jointly funded by City West Housing Pty Ltd, the City of Sydney, NSW Department of Communities and Justice and NHFIC (The National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation), and will provide 74 affordable apartments, catering to individuals with low to moderate incomes, notably women and their children seeking refuge from domestic and family violence.

With the need for well-designed, high-quality affordable infrastructure at an all-time high we are proud to be making a difference in the lives of those in need of safe and affordable dwellings alongside partners who value empowering their residents.
